- EASY MIXING & POURING: Platinum cured silicone rubber includes part A and part B, the mix ratio is 1A:1B by weight. Pour the part A and Part B together, then stir the silicone mold making kit for 2~5 minutes, make sure to stir the liquid silicone rubber mixture thoroughly for better results. We will offer pigments added in part A according to your requirements to help us to distinguish if the silicone mold making kit is stirred evenly. - NO BUBBLES AND LOW VISCOSITY: BBN A8 series platinum cured silicone is with ultra low viscosity which allows the silicone itself easily flow to every corner. With the low viscosity, the bubbles of this liquid silicone rubber will come out and disappear gradually. Vacuum degassing is better to pump the air bubbles out which will support higher duplication times of the cured silicone molds.

- OPERATION METHOD: Pouring method is the best operation method for platinum cured silione. Platinum cure silicone can be poured onto almost any surface.
- POT LIFE & CURING TIME: Standard pot life is 30 mins and 6 hours' curing time under 25 Celsius degrees. As the tin cured silicone rubber manufacturer, we can adjust the operation time and curing time according to your requirements.
- CLEAN: If there is any spill, please clean with soapy water, detergent water or rubbing alcohol.

Recommended Hardness:
Hardness varies from the dimension and design of your product. BBN offers 0A~45 A hardness for option. Generally speaking, 5~20 shore A are recommended for candles, soaps, small dimension & delicate designs of art crafts; 25~40 shore A are recommended for large dimension & simple designs of architectural decorations & sculptures. However, the hardness should be in accordance with your own using habits.

Please avoid the platinum silicone rubber contacting or mixing with following materials in
case of cure inhibition.
