1. What is the MOQ?
MOQ of our liquid silicone rubber is 400kgs. A wholesale discount will be offered if you order 1000kgs+, the average shipping cost will also be cut down.
2. What is the shipping method?
Generally speaking, liquid silicone rubber will be shipped by sea for saving cost. Shipping date varies from 5~30 days according to your port. Our shipping agent is experienced in shipping cargo all over the world and is able to offer suggestions on custom clearance with rich knowledge in logistics field. Air shipping is available if you need the silicone rubber urgently. The silicone will arrive at your local airport within 3~5 days.
3. Do you offer DDU services?
We offer trade terms of EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, DDP and DDU.
4. What is the lead time?
Lead time for silicone rubber is 3~7 days for general order. Please contact us for accurate lead time if you want to confirm bulk order.
5. Can I get different colors?
Standard color of our liquid silicone rubber is white. Other colors are available. Please send us sample or pantone code. Pigment will be freely added in silicone if the quantity is over 1000kgs.
6. Can I get small packages?
Standard package of liquid silicone rubber is 20KG/25KG per pail and 200KG per pail. We also offer 1KG and 5KG small packages for resellers.
7. What is the shelf life?
Shelf life of liquid silicone rubber is 12 months when stored under dry and cool place by original package under 25℃ well preserved.
